On February 21st, Bowery partnered with the team at Craft and Chef Tom Colicchio to host our second annual Salad Pop-Up to benefit FEAST. FEAST is a non-profit dedicated to promoting wellness through the power of healthy foods and human connection.
To switch things up for winter, our teams decided to make the event a Soup & Salad Pop-Up. See below for highlights from the day, which raised $1K for FEAST.
Starting at 11am, Bowery brand ambassadors took to the streets, encouraging pedestrians to stop by the pop-up and support FEAST. They also handed out free hot cocoa with Bowery Basil-infused whipped cream.
Guests got to order from Chef Tom Colicchio directly. The soup menu included a Chicken Pozole topped with Bowery Cilantro, Tomato with Bowery Basil, and Lentil with Bowery Mustard Greens.
The salad was a colorful mix of Bowery greens topped with Tom Colicchio’s Green Goddess Dressing.
