  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • water, to thin
  1. Whisk together tahini, miso, ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons water in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve over your favorite greens!
